SPRING BOOSTER COVID VACCINATIONS

On our first Spring Booster clinic, we administered 304 vaccinations! Even though restrictions have mostly lifted across the country, the practice remains dedicated to reducing the spread of coronavirus. We’d like to thank all our hardworking staff for continuing to ensure our patients remain as protected as possible from this virus.

CHECKING IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT  

We would like to remind patients that checking in for an appointment can be done by seeing the Receptionist at the front desk, or by using the touch screens in the waiting area. If you do not use the screen or advise staff that you have arrived for an appointment, you will not be marked as attending the same and the clinician will not know you are here. This could potentially result in your appointment being re-booked.

DID NOT ATTEND

We have mentioned a few times regarding non attendances of appointments, but unfortunately, we are still seeing high volumes of non-attendance at the surgery. If you are unable to make an appointment, please contact the surgery by phone, email or through our website in a timely manner to cancel the same. This ensures that the appointment can be offered to someone else who may be in need of it. If you are unsure if you have an appointment booked or when it may be, please call the surgery. Alternatively, you can apply for patient online access, which also shows any appointments that may be coming up.
